Tom Grifferty and Kim Basa have been been incredibly amazing to deal with from start to finish!! We can't say enough wonderful things about them both!! Tom not only answered all of our many questions with patience and expertise, but he also gave us lots of additional advice that was way above and beyond being our realtor! We are from out of state and know very little about Florida - so we relied on Tom for everything!! Tom recommended contractors and other service providers to us -- and every single one of them have done an outstanding job for us! Thanks to Tom, Kim, John and their entire group - we closed on our dream home last week!! We can't say enough great things about the Grifferty Group!! They have our highest recommendation and we will definitely refer all of our family and friends to them!!!

Tom, Kim, Matt and Carmen are a great team. Very professional and we would highly recommend and have recommended them to others. The team is very eager and helpful in walking thru any issues that arise and are creative when it was needed to get all parties to closing. We wish them great success and can’t thank the team enough. All our best, Laura and Phil
